Donald S. Foster is a set dresser who worked on the third season of Star Trek: The Next Generation between 1989 and 1990.

Foster's other credits as set dresser include the television series Mr. Sunshine (1986), Family Ties (1986), Gung Ho (1986-1987), The Tortellis (1987), Vanished (2006), Drive (2007), True Blood (2008-2009), Perfect Couples (2010), Dollhouse (2009-2010), Dexter (2010), Mr. Sunshine (2011), Enlightened (2010), and Law & Order: Los Angeles (2010-2011).

He also worked as set dresser on the comedy Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986, with John Alvin and Louis M. Mann), the television documentary Warner Bros. Celebration of Tradition, June 2, 1990 (1990), the science fiction comedy Coneheads (1993, with Lloyd A. Buswell and Clete Cetrone), the comedy sequel Wayne's Worlds 2 (1993), the sport comedy The Comebacks (2007), and the television comedy My Life As an Experiment (2011).
