Don Sheldon is a hair stylist who worked on the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episode "Firstborn". For this work he received an Emmy Award nomination in the category Outstanding Individual Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series which he shared with Joy Zapata, Patricia Miller, Laura Connolly, Carolyn L. Elias, and Susan Zietlow-Maust.

Sheldon's other credits as hair stylist include Beyond the Poseidon Adventure (1979, with Lola McNalley), the television drama The Execution (1985), Predator 2 (1990, with Paul Abascal and Michael Mills), Point Break (1991, with Paul Abascal, Wes Dawn, and Dino Ganziano), and the second season of Murder One (1996-1997, starring Barbara Bosson, John Fleck, and Clayton Rohner and produced by Marc Buckland).

As an actor, Sheldon appeared in the Superboy episode "Bringing Down the House" (1988), the television drama Roxanne: The Prize Pulitzer (1989, with Caitlin Brown), and the drama Coupe de Ville (1990, with Terrence Beasor).
