Diane Pepper is a hair stylist who worked on Star Trek Nemesis, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: Enterprise.

Her work on Voyager earned her an Emmy Award for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Series in 1997 for the episode "Fair Trade", shared with Josée Normand, Suzan Bagdadi, Karen Asano-Myers, Monique DeSart, Charlotte Parker, Jo Ann Phillips, and Frank Fontaine, and an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Series in 1998 for the episodes "The Killing Game", shared with Josée Normand, Charlotte Parker, Viviane Normand, Gloria Montemayor, Chris McBee, Mimi Jafari, Ruby Ford, Delree Todd, Laura Connolly, Hazel Catmull, Adele Taylor, Barbara Ronci, and Lola McNalley.

In 2003 Pepper won a Hollywood Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist Guild Award for Best Period Hair Styling – Television Series for her work on American Dreams which she shared with fellow Enterprise hair stylist Cheri Ruff.

Pepper started in the '80s as hair stylist on It's My Turn (1980), Lookin' to Get Out (1982, with makeup artist Robert Dawn), and Magnum, P.I. (1981), Dallas (1985-1986), and Newheart (1988). In the '90s Pepper worked as hair stylist on the comedy series Perfect Strangers (1991), Outbreak (1995, with Ellis Burman, Vivian McAteer, June Westmore, and Monty Westmore), Mother (1996), Men in Black (1997), and House on Haunted Hill (1999, with David Abbott, Garrett Immel, Faith Vecchio, Patricia Vecchio, and Alan Tuskes).

Later credits as hair stylist include The Perfect Storm (2000), Lost Souls (2000, starring Winona Ryder), Go Fish (2001), The First $20 Million Is Always the Hardest (2002), All That (2003-2004), Elizabethtown (2005, starring Kirsten Dunst), Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006), and American Body Shop (2007).
