Dey Young (born 28 July 1955; age 61) is an actress who appeared in three episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: Enterprise. For her first Trek role in the episode "The Masterpiece Society", Young filmed her scenes on Thursday 7 November 1991, between Monday 11 November 1991 and Tuesday 12 November 1991, and between Thursday 14 November 1991 and Friday 15 November 1991 on Paramount Stage 9 and 16.

Outside of Star Trek, she played a waitress in the science fiction comedy Spaceballs with Tim Russ and Kate Rambeau in the cult classic Rock 'n' Roll High School which co-starred Clint Howard. She also appeared in the 1987 science fiction film The Running Man which co-starred Mick Fleetwood. Her older sister, Leigh Taylor-Young, also appeared in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as Ezri Dax' mother Yanas Tigan.

She also appeared in the movie Executive Decision with Andreas Katsulas, Ken Jenkins, Warren Munson, Richard Riehle, and Eugene Roche.

In March 1994, Young starred with Denise Crosby in Jane Chambers' play "Last Summer at Bluefish Cove" at the Theatre Geo, Los Angeles, California.
