Deela was Queen of the Scalosian whose inhabitants were infertile due to radiation sickness, they also had undergone acceleration in their bio-chemistry so that hours were like our minutes. The Scalosians hijacked the USS Enterprise in 2268. They planned to use the ship's male crew as a gene pool so her race could continue.
Deela choose Kirk as her consort and when she accelerated him to her level, he along with the help of Spock was able to stop her plan. Deela and her people were returned to Scalos. (TOS: "Wink of an Eye")
