David Le Vey is a costume illustrator and designer who created costume design illustrations for the first appearance of the Borg in the Star Trek: The Next Generation second season episode "Q Who" in 1989. [1]

Le Vey also created costume design illustrations for the crime drama Hoffa (1992), the romance Don Juan DeMarco (1994, with David Page), the fantasy adventure Mortal Kombat (1995), and the fantasy sequel The Crow: City of Angels (1996, with Iggy Pop). His credits as assistant costume designer include the fantasy adventure Hook (1991), the thriller Sliver (1993), the drama Legends of the Fall (1994), the fantasy adventure The Indian in the Cupboard (1995), the crime drama Heat (1995), the blockbuster Titanic (1997), the remake Wild Wild West (1999), the comedy Monkeybone (2001), and the science fiction film Minority Report (2002).
