David Doty (born 8 November 1946; age 77) is a Houston, Texas-born actor who played a Nuu'Bari miner in the Star Trek: Voyager seventh season episode "Flesh and Blood".

Doty has appeared in a number of television series including Empty Nest (1991, with Gregory Itzin and Erika Flores), The Golden Girls (1992), The Pretender (1997, with Harve Presnell), JAG (1998, with Daphne Ashbrook, Paul Collins, and Rif Hutton), Melrose Place (1999, with James Darren, Susan Savage, and Mark L. Taylor), The X-Files (2001, with Richard McGonagle and Judson Scott), Will & Grace (2001, with Todd Stashwick), Six Feet Under (2001, with Joel Brooks, Jenette Goldstein, Wendy Schaal, and Ed O'Ross), Ally McBeal (1998 and 2001, with John Thaddeus, Lawrence Pressman, and Carrie Stauber in the previous episode and Albert Hall in the latter one), Charmed (2002, with James Read and Tony Amendola), Monk (2003, with Wendy Schenker, Damara Reilly, and S.A.
