Darvot fritters were a food dish prepared in the mess hall aboard USS Voyager. This dish was made from vegetables grown in the hydroponics bay.

According to Neelix, to cook them properly, darvot fritters need to be rotated every ten minutes until they turned a deep chartreuse.
