Darrell Woodard is an assistant director and producer who worked as DGA Trainee on the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episodes "Bloodlines" and "All Good Things..." in 1994.

Woodard also worked as DGA Trainee on the comic adaptation Batman Forver (1995) and as production assistant on the comedy sequel Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit (1993, starring Whoopi Goldberg).

His credits as assistant director include the comedy Dracula: Dead and Loving It! (1995), the crime thriller A Time To Kill (1996), the comedy George of the Jungle (1997), the thriller Arlington Road (1999, with second unit director Vince Deadrick, Jr.), the drama Snow Falling on Cedars (1999), the action thriller Collateral Damage (2002), the horror film The Ring (2002), the crime drama Biker Boyz (2003), the comedy Love Don't Cost a Thing (2003), the comedy Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (2004), the music drama Ray (2004), and the musical Rome & Jewel (2008) which he also co-produced.

More recently, he was the co-producer on the romance Ex-Free (2012).
