Danny Bulandi (born 9 February 1946; age 72) is a comic book artist from the Philippines. He began drawing at an early age, eventually copying artwork from American comic books his mother gave him. After studying art at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, he began working in the comics industry in the country.

In 1975, he moved to the US and, with the help of Romeo Tanghal, he began working for DC Comics on titles such as Weird War and The Legion of Super-Heroes. He also worked for Marvel Comics doing long stints as an inker on The Fantastic Four and Captain America. Around this time, he worked for a Canadian television station designing costumes for characters including "Captain Canada".

Other titles he worked on include The Further Adventures of Indiana Jones, GI Joe, Micronauts, and Transformers. In addition to his work on the Transformers comic, he was a storyboard artist for the Transformers TV series in the mid-1980s.

Most recently, he finished a 300+ page comic adaptation of the Bible for No Greater Joy Ministries, and then retired from the industry to San Francisco.

His only Star Trek contribution was inking Ken Penders' drawing on the Starfleet article for "Who's Who in Star Trek 2".
