Daniel Hugh Kelly (born 10 August 1952; age 71) is an actor from Elizabeth, New Jersey, USA, who appeared on Star Trek as Sojef, the leader of the Ba'ku, in Star Trek: Insurrection.

Outside of Star Trek, he's appeared in the West Wing, Law and Order, and many films over the past two decades. He is also a producer, writer and director of a handful of TV series. He is perhaps best known for his television role as Mark "Skid" McCormick in the 1980s series Hardcastle and McCormick, which co-starred Brian Keith as Hardcastle. In 1993, he starred in The Good Son alongside Jacqueline Brookes.
