Dana Goldberg is a film producer and studio executive. She is production president at Skydance Productions since 2010, through which she served as executive producer on Star Trek Into Darkness. She is also working as executive producer on the 2016 sequel Star Trek Beyond. [1]

Goldberg began her entertainment career as an assistant at Hollywood Pictures. She then spent three years as vice president of production at Baltimore/Spring Creek Pictures. From 1998 through 2010, she was a vice president and later president of production at Village Roadshow Pictures.

During her tenure at Village Roadshow, Goldberg was involved in the company's entire slate of films, including the Matrix and Ocean's Eleven trilogies, Training Day, Get Smart, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. She also served as executive producer on many of the company's films, including The Dukes of Hazzard (2005), Happy Feet (2006), I Am Legend (2007), Get Smart (2008), and Yes Man (2008).

Since joining Skydance, Goldberg and Skydance founder David Ellison served as executive producer on the action sequel Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011) and on the science fiction horror thriller World War Z (2013). In addition to the Star Trek sequel, they also produced the action film Jack Reacher (2012, with Nicole Forester). Other credits as executive producer include the science fiction sequel G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013, with Dwayne Johnson) and the thriller Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit (2013, starring Chris Pine) as well as the pilot episodes of the drama series Manhattan (2014, with Mark Moses) and the comedy series Grace and Frankie (2015).

Upcoming projects include the science fiction sequel Terminator Genisys (2015, with Brandon Stacy) and its two untitled sequels (set for a release in 2017 and 2018) and the action film Geostorm (2016, written by Kieran Mulroney and produced by Paul Schwake). Announced are the comedy sequel Get Smart 2 and Angelina Jolie's drama Africa.
