Daniel W. Barringer is a stuntman, stunt actor, and stunt coordinator who performed stunts as a Starfleet security officer in Star Trek Nemesis and served as stunt double for David Kagen in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Detained". He received no on-screen credit for the latter one and his costume from this episode was auctioned off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay.

He has doubled for stars such as Kevin McNally and Ruben Blades.

He has also performed stunts in television series such as Nowhere Man (1996, with Robin Sachs), Married with Children, Orleans, JAG, Nash Bridges, Days of our Lives, Babylon 5 (starring Andreas Katsulas and Bill Mumy), Sliders (starring John Rhys-Davies), Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Renegade (starring Branscombe Richmond), Murder She Wrote, The Practice, and The A-Team (starring Dwight Schultz).
