Daelen was an inhabitant of an unknown planet in the Delta Quadrant whose body was stolen by Steth.
While in the body of a woman who was Steth's previous victim, he tracked down Tom Paris, who was now occupying Daelen's body. Together, they convinced Captain Janeway to help them regain their proper bodies, and turn Steth over to the authorities. (VOY: "Vis á Vis")
