Curtains for the Editor was a book by the Human writer Thomas Polsky. It was advertised as "A Dell mystery".

Its cover was the subject of a poster adorning the wall of Alexandria Books in Portage Creek in December of 1999. (VOY: "11:59")

The "Dell mystery" tagline refered to its publisher, Dell Books. Another book in the "Dell mystery" line, Dangerous Ground, made an appearance in "The Big Goodbye". Curtains for the Editor was first published in 1945.
