- Issue #38 (October 1992)
- Kirk and Sulu investigate weapons disposal methods while the Excelsior is repaired. Kirk must investigate McCoy's disappearance, without realizing the colony has been occupied by Maroans. After a rebel attack, Dr. Wilson offers medical help to the Maroans, angering members of the resistance to the occupation on Epsilon Kitaj.
