The Clarus system, occasionally spelled as Clarius, is a star system in the Ferengi Alliance, neighboring Ferenginar. It is home to significant Arcybite mining operations and is one of the financial and political linchpins of the Alliance. (DS9: "The Nagus", "Profit and Lace")
