Chuck Couch (1 September 192218 June 1991; age 68) was a stuntman, stunt actor, and stunt coordinator who was the stunt double for Ricardo Montalban in the Star Trek: The Original Series first season episode "Space Seed". He received no credit for his work. He filmed his scene on Wednesday 21 December 1966 at Desilu Stage 9.

Couch is the brother of fellow Star Trek stuntman Bill Couch, Sr. and the uncle of stuntman Bill Couch, Jr.. He doubled for stars such as Guy Williams and Jack Lord.

Couch performed stunts in television series such as Soldiers of Fortune (1955), Peter Gunn (1958), Johnny Ringo (1959), Have Gun – Will Travel (1962, with Hal Needham), Burke's Law (1964), Lost in Space (1965, starring Bill Mumy), The Girl from U.N.C.L.E. (1966-1967, with Johnny Haymer, Felix Silla, and Angelique Pettyjohn), and Mission: Impossible (1967-1969, with John Colicos, Michael Forest, and Arthur Batanides), and was a regular stunt actor and stunt double in Hawaii Five-O (1969-1977).

Couch performed also stunts in films such as Smoke Signal (1955, with William Schallert), Edge of Eternity (1959), The St. Valentine's Day Massacre (1967, with Celia Lovsky, Ron Gans, and Dick Miller), The Green Berets (1968, with George Takei and Irene Tsu), Conquest of the Planet of the Apes (1972, with Lou Wagner, Ricardo Montalban, and stunts by Tony Brubaker, Erik Cord, Paula Crist, Nick Dimitri, Dick Durock, Gary Epper, Tony Epper, Eddie Hice, Hubie Kerns, Jr., Henry Kingi, Sr., Gene LeBell, Regina Parton, David Sharpe, Paul Stader, Ron Veto, and George Wilbur), Dead Man on the Run (1975, with John Anderson and George Wilbur), Death Wish II (1982, with Jill Ireland and Joshua Gallegos), and Stewardess School (1986, with Brett Cullen, Brooke Bundy, Paul Eiding, Paddi Edwards, Viola Stimpson, Bill Erwin, and stunts by William Couch, Bill Couch, Jr., Leslie Hoffman, Lane Leavitt, Mike Washlake, and Kim Washington).
