A chocolate sundae is an Earth dessert made from chocolate ice cream, fudge and whipped cream.
It was one of Counselor Deanna Troi's favorite foods and she tried to instruct a replicator aboard the USS Enterprise-D to make a "real chocolate sundae" in early 2366. (TNG: "The Price") Later that year, After temporarily becoming Human, Q ordered ten chocolate sundaes in Ten Forward when Lieutenant Commander Data observed the pleasurable impact they had on Troi. Unfortunately, Q lost his appetite before being able to enjoy the desserts. (TNG: "Deja Q").
