Carnegie-style cheesecake, also known as New York cheesecake, is a particular variety of cheesecake from Earth. It was popularized by The Carnegie Deli in New York City, New York during Earth's 20th century.
On Saturday 14 August, 2152, Chef planned on serving Carnegie style cheesecake as desert aboard Enterprise, after a meal of filet mignon, frilled curled onions and green peas. But when he fell ill, Hoshi Sato took over and decided to cook her family-oden instead. (ENT: "Singularity")
