Charlotte A. Parker is a hair stylist who worked on Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise. During the run of Voyager she was also credited as Charlotte A. Gravenor, Charlotte Gravenor, and Charlotte Parker.

Her work on Star Trek earned her an Emmy Award and four Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Series:

In addition, Parker won three Hollywood Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist Guild Award for her Star Trek work; two in 2000 for the episodes "Bride of Chaotica!" and "Dragon's Teeth", shared with Josée Normand and Gloria Montemayor and one in 2001 for the episode "Tsunkatse", shared with Josée Normand, Gloria Montemayor, and Viviane Normand.

In 2004, Parker earned another Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Miniseries, Movie or a Special for her work on the television comedy Tracey Ullman in the Trailer Tales.

Prior and during her time on Star Trek she worked as hair stylist on Golden Gate (1994), Getting Even with Dad (1994, with make-up artist Steven E. Anderson), Witch Hunt (1994), Village of the Damned (1995, with make-up artist Steven E. Anderson), Jade (1995, with Bruce Barlow), A Very Brady Sequel (1996, with make-up artist Todd McIntosh), Style & Substance (1998, with Susan Zietlow-Maust), and The Out-of-Towners (1999, with make-up artists Janice Alexander, Kenny Myers, and Toni-Ann Walker).

Beside working as hair department head for the comedy series Family Affair (2002-2003), Goal! (2005), The Game Plan (2007, starring Dwayne Johnson and with make-up artists Jeff Dawn), Trucker (2008), and Eagle Eye (2008, with make-up artist James MacKinnon), Parker also worked as hair stylist on Eulogy (2004, with Toni-Ann Walker), Be Cool (2005, with hair stylists Angela Gurule and Yolanda Toussieng and make-up artist Jeff Dawn), Just Like Heaven (2005), American Pie Presents: Band Camp (2005), Fracture (2007, with make-up artist Clinton Wayne), the comedy Knocked Up (2007), Beowulf (2007), and an untitled television pilot (2009).
