Charles Emmett is the actor who played Resh in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Warlord".

Making his television debut with an appearance on Beverly Hills, 90210 in 1990, Emmett generally plays the role of a nameless police officer. His association with this type of role began with his appearance in a 1991 episode of the science fiction series Quantum Leap, starring Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell and also guest-starring Frank Novak and Heidi Swedberg.
