Lieutenant Chang
Tactical Officer Chang was a Starfleet officer in the 24th century, of Asian descent. In 2364, he held the rank of lieutenant, and was posted to Relva VII. Amoung his duties was overseeing the Starfleet Academy entrance exam. (TNG:"Coming of Age")
Chang was played by Robert Ito.
