Deborah Cha Blevins is a costumer who worked on the first two seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She is sometimes credited as Cha Blevins.

Blevins also worked as costumer on the action comedy Beverly Hills Cop II (1987), Steven Spielberg's fantasy adventure Hook (1991, with James P. Cullen and Sue Moore), the romance Sommersby (1993), the western Wild Bill (1995, with Leah P. Brown, Lois DeArmond, and Sarah Shawe), the blockbuster Titanic (1997), and the western Appaloosa (2008, with Hermine Keossian).

As costume supervisor, Blevins worked on the western Wyatt Earp (1994), the thriller Assassins (1995), the music drama That Thing You Do! (1996), the comedy Head Above Water (1996), the fantasy film Buddy (1997), the drama Beloved (1998), the sport drama Any Given Sunday (1999), the crime comedy O Brother, Where Art Thou? (2000), the crime drama Blow (2001), the science fiction remake The Time Machine (2002), the crime comedy Catch Me If You Can (2002), the fantasy drama Big Fish (2003), Steven Spielberg's drama The Terminal (2004, with Zoe Saldana), the action film Elektra (2005), the action sequel The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006), the action film Next (2007, costume design by Sanja Milkovic Hays), the music drama The Soloist (2009), the fantasy adventure The Last Airbender (2010), and the science fiction film I Am Number Four (2011).
