Château d'Yquem was a white wine from France.
In 2377, after their encounter with the Lokirrim, Seven of Nine replicated foie gras with truffles and described the meal to The Doctor so that he could share in the experience. She also replicated a bottle of Château d'Yquem, the ideal accompaniment according to the culinary database. (VOY: "Body and Soul")
The Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 135) described the Château d'Yquem as a "fine French Sauternes wine." A Sauternes wine was a sweet wine.
