Cece Bell is an actress who appeared as a command division officer in several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She received no screen credit for these appearances.

Bell earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from the University Of Southern California in Los Angeles, California and trained acting at the Universal Dance Theatre in Los Angeles and at the American Film Institute in Hollywood, California.

Other television appearances include episodes of Cheers (1991, with Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, and Paul Willson), Roc (1991), Married with Children (1991), Family Matters, Suddenly Susan, Days of Our Lives (1998, with Renée Jones and Catherine MacNeal), General Hospital, Malcolm & Eddie (1999), and My Wife and Kids (2002-2004, with Joe Gieb and Stuart Nixon).

Bell worked on commercials for Verizon, Microsoft, Sprint, BabyCal, and McDonalds and worked on stage plays such as "Julius Caesar", "Trials of Brother Jero", "For Colored Girls", "The African American", "The Wiz", "Eden", and "Love Is".

In 2007, Bell was featured in the comedy Katt Williams: American Hustle. She then had a recurring role as autograph seeker in several 2009 episodes of the comedy series Rita Rocks and more recently in an episode of K.C. Undercover (2016).
