Image blocking textEdit

In addition to the anon that reported problems, the image of Kirk is blocking part of the category list for me as well under Google Chrome. Other personal categories, such as [[:Category:USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-D) personnel ]], don't seem to suffer this problem despite having images because of their use of {{CategoryTOC}}, which forms a nice section break of sorts. Unfortunately, this category isn't large enough to warrant that. Still, something should be done to fix this. I apologize if the solution is a simple one (other than "stop using Chrome"), but I haven't gotten a lot of sleep so I may be missing something simple. --OuroborosCobra talk 11:03, 20 March 2009 (UTC)

Known, and reported, issues with the way that Chrome and IE handle stylesheets. It's come up before. It'll come up again. For the record, no issues on FF for me, same issue on IE though. -- sulfur 11:07, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
I figured it was some kind of browser issue, on the other hand, I checked it using IE myself and the picture wasn't blocking any text. I once noted the problem with the Background Info bullets on IE and was told it was a Wikia wide IE problem. Using that logic i didn't think the image should be removed for one possible browser issue. Make sense? — Vince47 11:21, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
The issue can be solved by adding <div style="clear:both;"></div> between the category description and the category links. However, that will lead to the list heading being moved down the page. I'll let the rest of you decide whether that's worth it. ;) -- Cid Highwind 12:19, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
