Category:Subspace as a subcategory of Category:Physics, to include all the articles in Template:Subspace. The new category would effectively replace the template as a way to aggregate all the subspace articles. There are currently 36 topics in the subspace template, more than enough for a new category. -- Renegade54 22:48, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

- I'm not sure I agree with the assessment made by the inclusion of some of these topics. A subspace tear or subspace sandbar physically connected to the subspace phenomenon, whereas a subspace relay station or subspace relay is a piece of technology that does not physically involve subspace, but serves as means to communicate faster through subspace. I hard and fast analogy might be something like categorizing a utility pole or power line together with electric field. --Alan 22:34, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
- Well, the category header says "A category for all articles involving or related to subspace." A subspace relay station is certainly related to subspace, at least in my mind. And depending on your choice of categorization, a power line and electric field certainly are related. The could both be categorized under "Energy", for example. They could also be categorized under "Electric power transmission", since a power line produces both electric and magnetic fields. A utility pole could fall under either as well, since it isolates and insulates the power line used for transmission. -- Renegade54 23:54, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
