Category:Star Trek publication artistsEdit

For all artists who have worked on (non-TV/Movie) Star Trek publications? -- Captain M.K.B. 16:32, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

  • If this is the best name we can come up with then I support it. However, will this cover all other individuals who are not belonging to performers, production staff, novelists, and anything else I can't think of that we have categories on? --Alan del Beccio 21:37, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
  • perhaps two separate categories, the other being Category:Star Trek authors which will cover all novelists, authors, editors, scripters, stop me if there are too many possible nomenclatures -- we're dealing with a lot of people and it seems dividing them down the middle between them and Category:Star Trek publication artists (pencil artists, painters, ink artists, letter artists, color artists, 3D modelers, maybe sound engineers.. etc). A possible third category would be Category:Star Trek publication performers, if we ever decide whether or not they get their own articles, it would be a good way to sort them right out of the gate. -- Captain M.K.B. 22:52, 15 September 2006 (UTC)

As we're adding more and more authors, artists, etc to these categories, it might be nice to split them up a bit more. Some sub-category ideas I had included:

  • Comics artists/authors
  • Novel artists/authors
  • Game artists/authors
  • Reference works artists/authors

The categories, as they currently exist, are at Authors and Artists. Of course, there will be some duplication between the sub-categories, but that's perfectly fine and acceptable to my mind. -- sulfur (talk) 20:02, February 4, 2013 (UTC)

Sounds like a good way to classify everything involved. 31dot (talk) 20:29, February 4, 2013 (UTC)
