From Memory Alpha:Category Suggestions Edit

There are a surprising amount of Shakespeare characters referenced in Star Trek. Could we encompass them in their own category? It could include: Oberon, Nick Bottom, Titania, John Bates, Michael Williams, Brutus, Julius Caeser, Miranda, Prospero, and Hamlet (Prince). William Shakespeare 00:30, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

I think a Shakespeare category could be reasonable, since we have a Captain Proton category.--31dot 00:43, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
Agreed. --OuroborosCobra talk 05:19, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
How about "Category: Shakespeare" to encompass William Shakespeare, the plays, Shakespeare's sonnets and characters? We could define it as articles relating to the works of William Shakespeare. – Cleanse 09:52, 9 September 2008 (UTC)
I agree that a "Category: Shakespeare" is a good idea, encompassing more than just characters. If the category turns out to be big enough, a subcategory can always be added. —MJBurrage(TC) 05:00, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
How about "Category: Shakespeare plays" and "Category: Shakespeare characters" as subcats? There's over 10 of each. That would leave William Shakespeare and Shakespeare's sonnets in the main cat.– Cleanse 10:20, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
And The Globe Illustrated Shakespeare: The Complete Works.
