Cat Hallman Hayes is an actress, voice performer, and writer who appeared as a science division officer in the Star Trek: The Next Generation third season episode "Sarek" in 1990. As a background actress she received no credit for her two days shoot for this episode. [1]

Hayes was also featured in episodes of Columbo and General Hospital, the television drama The Man Who Broke 1,000 Chains (1987, with Elisha Cook, Jr., Clancy Brown, and Bill Bolender), and the independent pilot project A View From the Top. As a professional vocalist she performed on location including Holiday Inn, Birdland West in Long Beach, The Bristol Club in Texas, and Gilligan's in Arlington. Hayes resume as a stage actress includes performances at the Jacksonville Open Theatre, an one year contract for the production of "Starstruck" at the Crystal Theatre in Arlington, Texas, and several plays on Maui including her most recent work as stepsister Pudgina in "Cinderella" at the ProArts Pacific. At the USO 45th Anniversary Gala at the Loews Anatole in Dallas, Texas, she appeared as vocal performer and worked as vocal and dance stand-in for actress Ann Jillian.

In the more recent years she wrote and published the novels "Shadows in Paradise", "Secrets of Night", and "The Survivor Effect". Currently she is working on the novel "Room Service".
