Casey Biggs is an actor best known for his portrayal of Damar in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He also played a human character, Dr. Wykoff in "Shadows and Symbols". He also played the Illyrian Captain in ENT: "Damage". He is the ex-husband of Roxann Dawson who is best known for playing Lieutenant B'Elanna Torres on Star Trek: Voyager.
