Carrie Quinn Dolin is an actress who appeared as an operations officer in several episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. As a background actress she received no credit for her appearances. She is probably best known for her portrayal of Laura Bush in the short-lived comedy series That's My Bush! in 2001. On this series she worked with Joseph Ruskin, Guy Siner, James W. Jansen, Clayton Landey, Brad Greenquist, Eugene Roche, William Bebow, Frank Novak, Steven Houska, and Gary Morgan.

Dolin worked as stand-in on the 1997 thriller Acts of Betrayal, which features Star Trek performers Matt McColm, L.L. Ginter, Mike Justus, Spice Williams, stunt coordination by Scott Leva, and stand-in work by Deborah Landis and Al Ahlf. Beside working as a production assistant on the 2001 short film Interlude, Dolin can also be seen in the talk show The Test (2001), the Family Law episode "Ties That Bind" (2002, with Christopher McDonald, Salli Richardson-Whitfield, Michelle Horn, and Beau Billingslea), and the fantasy comedy Bruce Allmighty (2003, with Mark Kiely, Christopher Darga, Dan Desmond, Robert Curtis Brown, Jamison Yang, John Rosenfeld, Carey Scott, Annie Wersching, Zachary Krebs, Max Grodénchik, Michael Bofshever, and Colby French).
