The Carl Sagan Memorial Station is a monument on Mars located not far from the terraforming Verteron Array on the spot where the NASA rover Sojourner, launched in the late 20th Century, finally came to rest after its mission of exploration. It is a "Mars Heritage Site", and was created by the Mars Historical Preservation Society. (ENT: "Terra Prime")
