The Cardassian records office was a Cardassian administrative facility in the Dahkur Province of Bajor during the Cardassian Occupation. Another facility was located at the Gallitep labor camp.
The Cardassian Aamin Marritza told Kira Nerys during his interrogation that he worked as a file clerk at the records office and proved to be an exemplary file clerk. (DS9: "Duet")
During the Occupation, Trentin Fala cleaned the floors of the Cardassian records office and secretly passed information to the Shakaar resistance cell for years without anyone catching on. (DS9: "The Darkness and the Light")
