Cardassian Militia 41 was a Cardassian military unit in the 2360s. Gul Dolak was a part of this unit. This unit had at least two top of the line Galor class type three warships that monitored the Cardassian border near the Valo system in 2368. (TNG: "Ensign Ro")
Gul Dolak's statement that he represented the Cardassian Militia 41 (which was distinctly pronounced as four-one) may mean that he was in the Fourth Order, First Battalion.
