Cara Hill was an exobiologist assigned to the USS Enterprise-D in early 2367. She was the wife of Doctor Richard Hill.
The character was played by Marilyn Rockafellow in the deleted scene. Her costume was auctioned off on It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay.
