Cambridge is a city in the European Alliance on Earth. It is the site of one of Earth's most renowned universities.

In an alternate timeline, in 2395, Data held the Lucasian Chair of Mathematics at the University, following in the footsteps of other great scientists such as Sir Isaac Newton and Stephen Hawking.
