The Cal-Neva Lodge was a hotel/casino built in 1926 overlooking Lake Tahoe, located near Reno, Nevada on Earth. Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin owned shares in the Lodge. Cal-Neva was incorporated into the holosuite program Bashir 62, a 24th century rendition of 1962.

That year, Vic Fontaine planned on flying up to Tahoe for a couple days to see his friend Sammy perform at the Cal-Neva. While there, Vic intended to introduce Nog to Sammy. (DS9: "It's Only a Paper Moon")

Known as the Cal-Neva Lodge during the given timeframe, it was later renamed as the Cal-Neva Resort.
