Strange New Worlds, an expansion of Decipher's Star Trek Customizable Card Game Second Edition, introduces the Ferengi affiliation. It was released on 13 May 2005 and consisted of one hundred and twenty cards, with eighteen of them receiving the foil treatment and inclusion in the Archive Cards set.

Dilemmas[]

  • Charged-Particle Precipitation
    • Game Play: The personnel who has the fewest Skill Dot icons is stopped. If that personnel does not have at least four Skill Dot icons, he or she is killed instead. Card number 7U1.

    • Game Play: The player chooses a number of cards to be taken from the top of his or her dilemma pile and places them face up beneath this mission. For each dilemma the player's opponent consumes with this dilemma, add 10 Cunning to this dilemmas requirements. Unless the player has personnel with Cunning greater than 15, all of the player's personnel are stopped. Card number 7C9.

  • Ferengi Computer
    • Game Play: When a Ferengi Affiliation personnel present is about to be stopped by a dilemma, the player may place this equipment beneath their Ferenginar mission to prevent that. Card number 7U16.

    • This invaluable tool helps a Ferengi in countless ways. With it, one can access commodities markets, contact business associates, and easily collate financial statements of different levels of accuracy.
  • Ferengi Whip
    • Game Play: When this card is played, the player places the top card of their deck beneath their Ferenginar mission. While in combat, each of the player's Ferengi Affiliation personnel present increases their Strength by one. While facing a dilemma, each Ferengi Affiliation personnel with Treachery present increases their Strength by one. Card number 7C17.
