Template:Realworld CBS Studios, also known as CBS Television Studios, is the television production arm of CBS Corporation, which is also the parent company of the CBS Television Network. It is the successor company to Paramount Television, as a result of the breakup of Viacom, the former corporate parent of CBS and Paramount. CBS Studios is the current worldwide holder of all trademarks and related marks to Star Trek. Meanwhile, Paramount Pictures is the license holder for all Star Trek movies -- past, present, and future -- as well as the rights holder to the existing Star Trek film library, which includes both television and movies.
