A burrito was a dish, generally a fast food item, from the Mexico region on Earth. It consisted of either a flour or corn tortilla wrapped around a filling of beef, pork or chicken and other ingredients such as rice, beans, onions, cheese, peppers, topped with various condiments such as guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
While on 20th century Earth, Commander Tuvok bought his companions Tom Paris and Rain Robinson, chili burritos – among other things – for breakfast. (VOY: "Future's End, Part II")
