Brin was a Bajoran male in the 24th century.
In 2375, he was a member of the Cult of the Pah-wraiths under former Cardassian military officer, Gul Dukat. He left to live on the abandoned space station Empok Nor, where Brin joined him as his top assistant.
Brin greeted Colonel Kira Nerys when she was transported from Deep Space 9 against her will. He informed the colonel that a transponder given to her by Vedek Fala allowed them to bring her to Empok Nor in order for Dukat to persuade her to join the Cult. He later informed Dukat when Mika went into labor. (DS9: "Covenant")
Brin was played by Mark Piatelli in his only Star Trek appearance.
The script for "Covenant" describes Brin as Dukat's "right-hand man." [1]
