Brian Keith Waller (born 11 December 1962; age 61) is an actor and singer who appeared as a Vulcan council member in Star Trek. He did not receive on-screen billing for this role. [1] [2]

Waller was born in Fresno, California. As an actor, he has made uncredited appearances in such films as Rent (2005), The Pursuit of Happyness (2006), and Eagle Eye (2008). The latter film was produced by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, the writers and two of the executive producers of Star Trek. The film also featured William Sadler and Bill Smitrovich.

In addition, Waller has appeared on several television shows. He played a reporter for the Boston Globe in two episodes of Boston Legal, starring William Shatner and, at the time, John Larroquette. Waller has also appeared as an FBI agent in at least two episodes of 24, along with Bob Gunton, Jeffrey Nordling, Kurtwood Smith, and Annie Wersching.

In 2010, Waller had a supporting role in the comic fantasy Limbo Lounge, along with Charlie Brill.
