Brian Tochi (born 2 May 1959; age 64) played the role of Ray Tsing Tao in TOS: "And the Children Shall Lead". Almost twenty-three years later, he appeared in TNG: "Night Terrors" as Ensign Kenny Lin, which made Tochi one of 31 actors to appear in the original Star Trek series and at least one of the newer spinoffs.

A native of Los Angeles, California, Brian has starred in both television and in film; on TV, he is best known for his role on the 1980s TV series St. Elsewhere, playing Dr. Alan Poe from 1984-1985. In addition, he has done many voices for cartoons, film, and video games.
