Bob Rudd is the actor who protraued Brell in the 2000 Star Trek: Voyager episode "Nightingale.
Bob has appeared in several other productions. In 1993 he appeared in the movies Married People, Single Sex (starring Chase Masterson and also featuring Robert Zachar) and Project Vampire. In 2000, Bob appeared in the tv-movie Guilty as Charged (alongside Randy Mulkey of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine).
