Data's painting of a blacksmith
A blacksmith is a person who heats metal to form various objects with the use of a hammer and an anvil.
When Data experienced his dreams in 2369 he saw his creator, Noonien Soong as a blacksmith, who created a raven wing. After this dream, Data draw a painting of this occurence. (TNG: "Birthright, Part I")
Data encountered Skoran, a blacksmith on Barkon IV, when he lost his memory and sold radioactive pieces of metal to him contaminating the town. Data was able to heal everyone from the radioactive poison before being stabbed by Skoran. (TNG: "Thine Own Self")
