Bing Crosby was an American actor and singer in the 20th century.

In 2153, Commander Tucker suggested that the first movie night in the Delphic Expanse should feature a classic comedy film with Crosby and Bob Hope. (ENT: "Impulse")

Bing Crosby was the real life grandfather of Denise Crosby, the actress who portrayed Natasha Yar and Sela, and the father of Mary Crosby, the actress who played Natima Lang in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Profit and Loss".
Several films with Crosby and Hope were made for Paramount Pictures. Years later, a building was named for Bing Crosby on Paramount's studio lot. The production offices for Star Trek: The Next Generation and the subsequent spinoff series were located in this building. (Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 168))
Crosby provided his voice for the original 1931 recording of "Goodnight Sweetheart".
