Bill Smitrovich was born on May 16th, 1947. He played Michael Webb in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes "Past Tense, Part I" and "Past Tense, Part II."

He made two guest appearances on Miami Vice. His "Past Tense" co-star Frank Military (Biddle Coleridge) was a writer for that series. He also had a recurring role as Bob "Bletch" Bletcher in Chris Carters' Millennium series, one which Terry O'Quinn was a regular.
