Bill Bolender (born 14 November 1940; age 83) is the actor who played the Albino in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine second season episode "Blood Oath".

He has appeared in motion pictures such as RoboCop 2 (1990), JFK (1991), The Shawshank Redemption (1994, with William Sadler, Bob Gunton, Dion Anderson, Brian Brophy, and Clancy Brown), Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead (1995, with Christopher Lloyd), Nixon (1995, with Victor Rivers and Michelle Krusiec), Reality Bites, and Dante's Peak. He also starred in Uncle Tom's Cabin (1987), with Avery Brooks. He also appeared in In Broad Daylight (1991, with John Anderson and Robert Schenkkan).

Bolender also guest starred in JAG, The West Wing, Sliders (starring Jerry O'Connell and John Rhys-Davies), Alias, Deadwood and Bosch.
